Overview
Olivia practices corporate, finance and securities law and advises clients on a wide range of legal matters that affect their businesses, including advising companies in a variety of industries on SEC compliance, public and private offerings, corporate governance matters, and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Smith Anderson, Olivia was a pro bono volunteer with the organization Justice for Military Families and prior to that, she worked at a biotechnology start-up in Cambridge, England.
