Overview
Andrea Blosser is a paralegal in Smith Anderson’s Business Litigation practice group with emphasis in business disputes, class actions, appellate practice and construction litigation, providing support in complex legal matters. With a strong background in litigation, she has extensive experience conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, managing e-discovery and preparing materials for mediations, depositions, hearings and trials.
Dedicated to professional excellence and service, Andrea is a recipient of the North Carolina Bar Association Outstanding Paralegal Pro Bono Service Award, a member of the North Carolina Pro Bono Honor Society and serves as a Council Member for the North Carolina Bar Association’s Paralegal Division. She has also been actively involved with a nonprofit organization focused on youth mental health education and awareness for over a decade.
