Overview

Adam Wehler serves as the firm’s Director of E-Discovery Strategies and Litigation Technology. With more than two decades of experience in the law firm space, Adam is passionate about helping attorneys and professional staff excel in leveraging new technologies to assist in solving even the most complex legal issues.

Applying his deep expertise in litigation technology, Adam oversees the firm’s e-discovery processes, litigation technology tools and litigation docketing functions, with a strategic focus on developing and implementing effective approaches to e-discovery. He collaborates closely with the firm’s Knowledge Management and IT teams to evaluate and integrate emerging technologies that optimize workflows and enhance litigation and other practices across the firm.

Before joining Smith Anderson, Adam gained experience in law firms in Washington, D.C., and North Carolina, where he collaborated with attorneys and clients on implementing best practices for data collection and e-discovery standards, as well as increasing project efficiency.
