Overview
Sheryl is Smith Anderson’s Legal Recruiting Manager and has more than 30 years of experience working in law firms, spending the majority of those three decades at Smith Anderson. She works with the firm’s Chief Talent Officer in all aspects of legal talent recruiting, including the summer associates program, entry-level, lateral and partner-level hiring. She currently serves as co-chair of the Triangle Area Legal Recruitment Association (TALRA), a local recruiting organization that offers networking and professional development opportunities for legal recruiting professionals at both area law firms and law schools.
Sheryl enjoys snowboarding, hiking, camping and traveling with her family and friends. She has trained in Muay Thai for more than twenty years, reaching the level of Kru (teacher) and continues to enjoy coaching the martial art.
