Overview
Mary Stewart Wilson is an attorney in Smith Anderson’s Real Estate Development team assisting owners, contractors and design firms at every stage of the design and construction process, including contract preparation and negotiation, risk management and claims avoidance and administration.
Before joining Smith Anderson, Mary Stewart clerked for the Honorable William L. Osteen, Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina. She also gained experience as a legal extern at the University of North Carolina.
Mary Stewart enjoys running, yoga and walking her hound dog, Hank.
