Overview
An attorney with Smith Anderson’s Real Estate Development team, Braden Rose manages a large volume of construction-related cases, representing industry clients in multi-million-dollar construction defect, delay, professional negligence and breach of contract claims.
Braden’s experience includes major projects such as health care facilities, hotels, apartment complexes and infrastructure, including NCDOT interstate highways, gas utilities and municipal wastewater systems. He also has handled construction-related wrongful death claims, first-chaired court hearings on dispositive motions, played a key role in securing verdicts and conducted on-site investigations.
Before joining Smith Anderson, Braden was an attorney with a boutique construction law firm in Charlotte. Braden is proficient in French, and an avid traveler who has visited many countries including France, Japan, Poland and Nicaragua. In his free time, he enjoys reading science fiction and is a fire spinner and flow artist.
