eTrends - EEOC Revises Required Workplace Posting on Equal Employment Opportunity
The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission ("EEOC") recently revised its "Equal Employment Opportunity is the Law" poster, which employers are required to post in the workplace. The revised poster provides information about portions of the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act of 2008 ("GINA") affecting employment practices, which will become effective on November 21, 2009.
