Smith Anderson to Host 2011 M&A Holdback Escrow Study Presented by Representative from J.P. Morgan Escrow Team

Raleigh, NC (December 5, 2011) - A representative from the J.P. Morgan Escrow Team will present the 2011 M&A Holdback Escrow Study on Tuesday, December 13. The presentation will be in the Smith Anderson offices in the Wells Fargo Capitol Center, 150 Fayetteville Street from noon until 1:00 pm. CLE credit is pending.

The presentation will include insights into the outcomes of M&A escrows; transactions benchmarks; and marketplace trends. Data will be shared regarding and analyzing deposit ranges and sizes; escrow life span; frequency and types of claims; investment preferences; and case studies.
