According to BTI Consulting Group, a leading independent business research firm, the Client Service A-Team is limited to an elite list of law firms considered by clients to deliver exceptional levels of client service. BTI has published its ranking of client service excellence—based exclusively on direct, unprompted feedback from corporate counsel—to reflect how law firms stack up in client service delivery.
This year’s rankings are the result of over 350 in-depth interviews with Chief Legal Officers and other legal decision makers at large organizations with $1 billion or more in revenue.
