Smith Anderson Welcomes Merrill M. Mason as a Partner

With 20 years of experience representing technology and life sciences companies, Mr. Mason focuses his practice on venture capital; securities; mergers and acquisitions; intellectual property; and general corporate matters. He represents companies at all stages of development with particular emphasis on emerging and entrepreneurial enterprises. Among his honors, he is listed on Business North Carolina’s Legal Elite.
