Smith Anderson Lawyers to Speak at the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys Annual Meeting

Three Smith Anderson lawyers will address the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys at the Annual Meeting on June 9 - 11, 2005, in Hilton Head, South Carolina.

Donald H. Tucker, Jr., will speak on the topic of Commercial Litigation: Future of the North Carolina Business Court on Friday, June 10th. Mr. Tucker is a partner with Smith Anderson, and also is a member of the Chief Justice’s Commission on the Future of the North Carolina Business Court.

Also on Friday,June 10th, and Saturday, June 11th, Wayne K. Maiorano, an associate with Smith Anderson will address the topic of Construction Law: Trigger Date for Liability Coverage.

Christopher G. Smith, a partner with Smith Anderson, will moderate a panel discussion on Saturday, June 11th about The Impact of Howerton - an Early Assessment.
