Smith Anderson Lawyers Obtain Favorable Rulings From Florida Appellate Court

Smith Anderson lawyers obtained two favorable rulings from the Fifth District Court of Appeals in Florida in a case involving allegations of trade secret misappropriation, tortious interference with contract, and breach of the duty of loyalty.

The court affirmed the trial court's prior decision to grant summary judgment in favor of the defendants on all claims and granted the defendants' motion for an award of attorneys' fees.
