Smith Anderson Congratulates Kirk Warner on His Promotion to Colonel, U.S. Army Reserve

Smith, Anderson, Blount, Dorsett, Mitchell & Jernigan, L.L.P., congratulates Kirk Warner on his promotion to Colonel, U.S. Army Reserve. The United States Senate approved Warner's promotion by voice vote on February 17, 2005.

In addition to his recent promotion, Warner was also selected to become Deputy Legal Counsel to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff at the Pentagon, and selected to attend the Army War College at Carlisle Barracks, Pennsylvania.
