Smith Anderson Co-authors HIPAA Privacy and Security Manual for Employers

Michael W. Hubbard, a partner with Smith Anderson, and Karen E. Glover of Preston Gates & Ellis LLP, have co-authored the HIPAA Privacy and Security Manual for Employers, published by ActiveHIPAA, Inc. This manual is designed for employers with self-funded health plans and protected health information.
