Smith Anderson Attorneys Selected as ‘State’s Best’ in Specialty Area by Peers

Business North Carolina’s Legal Elite 2020 published its annual listing of the state’s top lawyers in 16 business-related specialties, including Smith Anderson attorneys Curt Brewer (Business), Josh Bryant (Tax/Estate Planning), Wayne Maiorano (Construction), Kirk Warner (Litigation) and Allen York (Real Estate). Allen was also named a “top vote-getter” in the Real Estate category, placing him in the Legal Elite Hall of Fame.

Winners were chosen by active North Carolina lawyers deemed to be at the top of their fields. According to Business North Carolina’s (BNC) press release, fewer than 3% of the state’s lawyers made North Carolina’s Legal Elite.
