Merrill Mason and Alicia Gilleskie deliver Cyberspace Law presentation to UNC’s Kenan-Flagler law students

On Tuesday, February 10, 2009, Smith Anderson lawyers Merrill Mason and Alicia Gilleskie delivered a presentation to law students at the UNC School of Law. The presentation was focused on common business and legal issues involved in launching a new company that has a strong internet-based presence. Mr. Mason and Ms. Gilleskie practice in Smith Anderson’s Corporate practice group.
