Merrill Mason Speaks at Technology Development Boot Camp at UNC-CH
Raleigh, NC (November 6, 2009) – Merrill Mason, a partner in Smith Anderson’s Corporate Practice Group, spoke at a Technology Development Boot Camp on October 23 at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. The Boot Camp was attended by UNC faculty members interested in technology start-ups.
Mr. Mason delivered a presentation discussing exit strategies and issues for start-up and emerging growth companies.
