Raleigh, N.C. – On November 4, 2013, Merrill Mason presented to students in the Introduction to Entrepreneurship course at the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School. Having spent more than 20 years guiding entrepreneurs through the stages of development, Merrill offered experienced guidance on structuring a venture, equity arrangements between business partners and how to attract investors.
