Mr. Reaves joins Smith Anderson from Kennedy Covington Lobdell & Hickman, and will focus his practice on land use and zoning as well as general corporate and business matters. Widely recognized by peers, clients and the business community as a preeminent land use and zoning lawyer, he brings to Smith Anderson over 30 years experience which includes representing local, state and national owners; developers; REITs and companies in complex transactions.
