Kim Korando Presents FLSA Tips, Traps and Tools at Annual Public Employment Law Update

Raleigh (May 24, 2010) -- Kim Korando, Group Leader of Smith Anderson’s Employment, Labor and Human Resources practice group, presented FLSA Tips, Traps and Tools at the annual Public Employment Law Update sponsored by the UNC School of Government on May 14, 2010. Her presentation featured a 45-minute workout exercise on properly administering the FLSA Administrative Duties Test. The conference was attended by state and local government attorneys and human resources professionals.
