Kim Korando Presents ADAA Workshop at UNC School of Government

RALEIGH, N.C. – Smith Anderson Partner, Kim Korando, presented at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Government’s Deaf and the Hard of Hearing (DHH) Conference on ADAA: Retooling Your Practices for Compliance. She presented practical compliance strategies for managing risk of regarded as liability, the recently announced primary enforcement tool under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
