John Madden Champions Efforts to Support the MDA Muscle Walk

RALEIGH, N.C. – For the third year, Smith Anderson partner John Madden organized a team of Smith Anderson lawyers and staff to walk or make donations in support of the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) Triangle Muscle Walk that took place on March 23, 2013 in Raleigh, N.C.

John has been involved with the MDA for five years and is currently a member of the Board of Directors for the Eastern North Carolina Chapter. As a partner at Smith Anderson, he has more than 30 years of experience in defending doctors and hospitals in cases of alleged medical negligence. John regularly represents insurance companies regarding coverage issues as well as allegations of bad faith and unfair and deceptive trade practices.
