Jeff Truitt Named to Board of Stop Hunger Now
Raleigh, NC (August 1, 2011) – Jeff Truitt, an attorney in Smith Anderson’s Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity and Government Contracting practice groups, has been named to the Board of Directors of Stop Hunger Now, Inc.
Mr. Truitt’s practice at Smith Anderson include mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, commercial and finance transactions and government contracting. He also routinely represents early stage, growth and venture-backed companies in all phases of start-up, financing and exits. Mr. Truitt has experience working with clients in a broad range of industries, including technology, software, utilities, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, manufacturing, distribution, energy and professional services.
