Hinkle to Speak at the HIPAA, Cafeteria Plans and COBRA Seminar in November

Jamison H. Hinkle, an attorney with Smith, Anderson, Blount, Dorsett, Mitchell & Jernigan, LLP, will speak on HIPAA Portability rules for group health plans at a seminar in Raleigh on November 18, 2004. He will discuss the limitations on preexisting conditions, special enrollment periods, creditable coverage offsets, and certificates of coverage.

Hinkle’s practice focuses on Employee Benefits and Compensation. He regularly counsels employers on the design, drafting and administration of employee benefit and compensation plans, including qualified retirement plans, welfare benefit plans and equity compensation plans.
