Governor Easley Appoints Hubbard to NC Medical Care Commission

Governor Easley recently appointed Mike Hubbard, a partner with Smith, Anderson, Blount, Dorsett, Mitchell & Jernigan, LLP, to the North Carolina Medical Care Commission.

The purpose of the Commission is to adopt, recommend or rescind rules for regulation of most health care facilities; and to administer the Health Care Facility Finance Act.
