Geoffrey Adams Named Vice-President of Board of Directors of Hospice of Wake County

Raleigh, NC (April 23, 2010) - Geoffrey Adams, a partner in Smith Anderson’s Commercial Transactions, Banking, and Mergers and Acquisitions practice groups, has been appointed to the position of Vice-President of the Board of Directors for Hospice of Wake County.

Hospice of Wake County is the oldest, largest and most experienced hospice organization serving Wake, Durham, Johnston, Franklin, and Harnett counties. They have served the area since 1979. Their mission is to help families deal with a life-limiting diagnosis, counseling families throughout their grief journey, and providing community education programs.
