Geoff Krouse Speaks at Duke University School of Law

Raleigh, NC (October 25, 2010) – On October 19, 2010, Geoff Krouse, a partner at Smith Anderson, teamed with Cassy Creekman of Duke Law School to deliver a presentation to first and second year law students on corporate law practice. The session provided students with a general overview of the practice of corporate law and what a young lawyer might expect from a transactional business practice.

Mr. Krouse’s practice includes Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity. He has extensive experience representing public and private companies, investment banks and private equity firms in mergers and acquisitions and recapitalization transactions, public and private securities offerings, and general corporate matters.
