Geoff Krouse Named to Board of Association for Corporate Growth
Raleigh, NC (June 10, 2011) – Geoff Krouse, a partner in Smith Anderson’s Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions practice groups, has been named to the Board of Directors of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) for the RTP chapter. Mr. Krouse is also the current chair of the Programming Committee, and has been actively involved in ACG programming in recent years, including moderating and participating in panel discussions at various ACG events.
Mr. Krouse’s practice at Smith Anderson includes representing public and private buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions and recapitalization transactions, representing issuers and underwriters in public offerings and private placements of securities, and assisting companies with other corporate and compliance matters. Mr. Krouse has experience working with a variety of clients including public and private companies, investment banks and private equity firms in various industries including pharmaceutical services, technology, paper, and oil & gas, among others.
