Don Munford Appointed to Board of Directors of WakeMed Health and Hospitals
RALEIGH, N.C. – Smith Anderson attorney R. Donavon Munford, Jr. was recently appointed by the Wake County Board of Commissioners to the Board of Directors of WakeMed Health and Hospitals. Don has been a partner with Smith Anderson since 1989 and has over 30 years of experience advising companies and individuals on legal and tax matters, including the areas of estate and trust planning and administration, tax and commercial transactions and litigation, and compliance and reporting matters for non-profit and charitable organizations. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Board Certified Specialist in Estate Planning and Probate Law.
