David Hayden Serves as Keynote Speaker at the North Carolina VetBiz Annual Meeting
RALEIGH, N.C. – David Hayden, a lawyer with Smith Anderson’s Government Contracting practice group, spoke on March 7, 2013 at the annual meeting of the North Carolina VetBiz Association at the Research Triangle Institute in the Research Triangle Park. David delivered a presentation on “Structuring Strategies for Business Growth” in federal government contracting. The presentation focused on the benefits, pitfalls and lessons learned by companies that have created joint ventures, teaming agreements and subcontracts.
David, a veteran, Colonel (USA ret.) and attorney, regularly speaks to members of the business community on government contracting and other legal issues.
