Client Heritage Properties to Start New Tower in Its Transformative Development to Downtown Raleigh

Smith Anderson congratulates its client Heritage Properties on the start of its new tower as part of Heritage Properties’ transformative development project in downtown Raleigh.

Heritage Properties has begun site preparation for its new 10-story tower that will continue to reshape downtown Raleigh’s western edge. The new tower, Tower Two at Bloc 83, is the second phase of Heritage Properties’ larger project under the name Bloc 83, which encompasses the completed sister tower named One Glenwood.

Bloc 83 is a significant development project featuring office and retail space, multiple entertainment platforms and dining options, and a 126-room boutique hotel. Upon completion, Bloc 83 will bridge Raleigh’s busy Warehouse District to the Glenwood South neighborhood and will include Raleigh’s largest urban courtyard, seamlessly bringing work and play together.
