Chris Smith Presents to Commercial Litigation Section

Chris Smith, a partner with Smith, Anderson, Blount, Dorsett, Mitchell & Jernigan, L.L.P., presented to the Commercial Litigation Section of the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys at their annual meeting on October 1, 2004, in Greensboro. His presentation was entitled: “Claims for Lost Profits in Commercial Contract Disputes.”

Mr. Smith is a trial and appellate lawyer for Smith Anderson. He both prosecutes and defends claims, and advises clients on business risk management and strategy issues.

The North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys (NCADA) brings together civil defense attorneys to promote the exchange of information, ideas, and litigation techniques, and to enhance the knowledge and improve the skills of defense lawyers practicing in North Carolina.
