About the Program

The past year has been an eventful one for human resource professionals and employment lawyers. The Employment Law Update (ELU) will provide the practical guidance and the needed reinforcements to face the issues ahead. The ELU will help you address the increasingly complex environment that has consumed our workforces including:

• Key developments under the ADA, FMLA and GINA
• Technology in the workplace
• The FLSA and DOL's increased scrutiny of worker classification

The ELU has been increasingly popular and for several years we have had overflow attendance. Space is limited to 160 attendees per session. We encourage you to register early.

ELU is offered at no charge to clients and friends of the firm. Human resources and benefits professionals, as well as in-house corporate lawyers, are encouraged to attend.
