This session provided updates on health and safety regulations at the state and federal levels, including issues affecting construction and property development. Updates on OSHA’s “multi-employer worksite” policy, temporary and non-English speaking worker protections, and confined space and silica dust rules are just some of the industry concerns that were touched on during this presentation. Additionally, recent enforcement actions, the steps leading to enforcement and how to avoid these issues were discussed.
